Millicent Kaleem is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in gender development, safeguarding, micro, small, and medium-sized enterprise development and financing, as well as project management. CapPlus currently engages her on the Mastercard Foundation FIRST+II program as a Gender and Inclusive Finance Manager.
