Keenan Mueller brings a wealth of institutional knowledge, providing strategic oversight and visionary leadership. In his current capacity as Manager of the Project Management Unit for FIRST+II, he plays a central role in expanding the CapPlus field office in Accra, Ghana, where he offers invaluable mentorship and drives the successful implementation of key initiatives, furthering the organization’s mission of transformative impact in the region.

Since 2019, he has been an integral member of CapitalPlus Exchange Corporation, initially serving as the Accounting and Operations Associate. During Phase One of the FIRST+ Program, Keenan expertly managed a diverse portfolio of responsibilities, including contracting, accounting, payments, and financial reporting, ensuring seamless operational execution.

Keenan is a distinguished graduate of Elmhurst University, where he earned undergraduate degrees in Economics and Business Administration. During his studies, he led a local business marketing research and strategy, and provided accounting services to another local small business.
